Silas Kreed LLC uses AI-assisted production tools as part of the music production workflow, but the core creative process remains human-created and artistically driven.

Music may additionally be edited, layered, enhanced, arranged, mixed, modified, or combined with additional production work using software including FL Studio and other creative tools.

The music released under Silas Kreed LLC would not exist in its final form without the original creative direction, lyrical writing, artistic concepts, emotional storytelling, and final decision-making provided by Silas Kreed.

Is the music AI-generated?

Some music released under Silas Kreed LLC may utilize AI-assisted production tools as part of the overall creative workflow.

However:

  • Lyrics are written by Silas Kreed
  • Emotional themes are created by Silas Kreed
  • Musical direction is chosen by Silas Kreed
  • Storytelling concepts are created by Silas Kreed
  • Atmosphere and mood selection are chosen by Silas Kreed

AI functions as a production assistance tool within a larger human-created creative process.

Do you intentionally copy or imitate artists?

No.

Silas Kreed LLC does not intentionally imitate, clone, impersonate, or replicate the identity, likeness, or voice of any artist, celebrity, musician, or public figure.

The goal of the brand is to create original creative experiences, emotional storytelling, and atmosphere-driven entertainment products.

Can I use your creator music in my YouTube videos?

Yes.

Creator music products are specifically designed for creator-content usage including:

Can I monetize my content using your music?

Yes.

The standard creator license allows monetized usage on personal creator channels and creator-made content.

However, commercial advertising campaigns, agency work, corporate advertising, paid business commercials, and large-scale commercial licensing require a separate commercial license agreement.

Can I remix your music or upload it as my own song?

No.

Purchasing creator music products does NOT grant rights to:

  • Remix tracks into new songs
  • Redistribute music files
  • Upload tracks to streaming services as your own music
  • Resell the music
  • Claim ownership
  • Register copyright ownership
  • Create derivative commercial music products

The license grants creator-content synchronization rights only.

Will I receive copyright strikes for using your music?

Silas Kreed LLC designs creator music products for creator-safe usage and does not intentionally target legitimate licensed users through aggressive automated copyright enforcement systems.

However, third-party platforms, automated systems, distributors, and evolving platform policies operate independently.

Because of this, no company can realistically guarantee that automated moderation systems or platform claims will never occur under every circumstance.

Are digital products refundable?

No.

Due to the nature of instantly delivered downloadable products, all digital product sales are final.

Once digital files are delivered or downloaded, they cannot be physically returned.

This policy exists to help protect against:

  • Fraudulent refund abuse
  • File duplication
  • Unauthorized redistribution
  • Digital piracy
  • Unauthorized retention after refund

If customers experience legitimate technical issues such as corrupted files or inaccessible downloads, reasonable support assistance may still be provided through the storefront systems where applicable.

What happens if my physical item arrives damaged?

Physical fulfillment and replacement support are handled through third-party fulfillment providers including Fourthwall and associated fulfillment partners.

If physical products arrive:

  • Incorrect
  • Misprinted
  • Defective

customers may qualify for replacement support according to the fulfillment provider’s policies and procedures.

Do you offer commercial licensing?
