Music License Agreements

This Creator Music License Agreement (“License”) governs the use of creator music products, instrumental packs, soundtrack packs, downloadable music assets, and related digital products purchased from Silas Kreed LLC (“Silas Kreed LLC,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any creator music product sold through Silas Kreed LLC, you (“Licensee,” “User,” or “Creator”) agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase, download, or use the products.

1. License Grant

Upon valid purchase, Silas Kreed LLC grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use purchased creator music products in eligible content projects subject to the terms of this agreement.

This license allows creators to use purchased music for creator-content purposes only.

Ownership of the music is NOT transferred to the purchaser.

All ownership rights remain exclusively with Silas Kreed LLC.

2. Permitted Uses

Unless otherwise stated, purchasers MAY:

Use purchased music in personal or branded YouTube videos
Use purchased music in Twitch streams and livestreams
Use purchased music in TikTok and short-form social media content
Use purchased music in podcasts
Use purchased music in gaming content and montage videos
Use purchased music in monetized creator content posted to personal creator channels or accounts
Synchronize purchased music with original creator-made video content for normal content creation purposes

This license is intended strictly for independent creator-content usage only.

3. Commercial Business Use Restrictions

The standard creator license does NOT include rights for:

Commercial advertising campaigns
Brand-sponsored advertisements
Television commercials
Corporate marketing campaigns
Paid business advertisements
Product advertisements
Agency client work
Commercial film licensing
Broadcast licensing
Large-scale commercial distribution
White-label licensing
Music resale
Music publishing ownership
Music sublicensing

Businesses, agencies, commercial advertisers, organizations, or brands seeking commercial licensing rights must obtain a separate commercial license agreement from Silas Kreed LLC.

Additional licensing fees may apply depending on:

Usage scope
Campaign scale
Audience size
Distribution reach
Commercial intent
Advertising usage

4. Remixing & Derivative Works Restrictions

Purchasers MAY NOT:

Remix purchased tracks into new songs
Sample purchased tracks into music releases
Alter purchased tracks for redistribution
Create derivative music products for resale
Re-upload modified versions of the music
Use purchased tracks as the foundation for their own distributed music releases
Claim modified versions as original compositions
Resell edited versions of the music
Upload modified versions to streaming services
Register altered versions with distributors or copyright systems

The creator license grants synchronization rights only for creator-made content usage.

Ownership of the original music and all associated rights remain exclusively with Silas Kreed LLC.

5. Content ID & Copyright Systems

Creator music products sold through Silas Kreed LLC are intended for creator-safe usage.

Silas Kreed LLC does not intentionally register creator music products into aggressive automated copyright enforcement systems for the purpose of targeting legitimate licensed customers.

However, purchasers acknowledge that:

Third-party platform policies may evolve
Automated systems may occasionally issue claims or disputes
Streaming services and external platforms operate independently
No system can guarantee zero automated moderation events forever

Silas Kreed LLC is not responsible for actions taken by:

Third-party platforms
Distributors
Automated moderation systems
External copyright technologies
Platform algorithmic systems

6. AI-Assisted Production Disclosure

Certain music products may be created using AI-assisted production tools as part of a larger human-directed creative process.

However, all core creative direction remains directed and overseen by Silas Kreed LLC, including:

Original lyrical concepts
Emotional storytelling
Musical direction
Mood and atmosphere selection
Creative curation
Artistic oversight
Product development
Final production decisions
Brand identity integration

AI functions strictly as a production assistance tool within the overall creative workflow.

Musical works may additionally be edited, layered, enhanced, mixed, modified, arranged, or combined with additional original creative work using software including but not limited to FL Studio and other digital audio workstations.

Without the human creative direction, lyrical writing, emotional concepts, artistic oversight, final curation, and production decisions provided by Silas Kreed LLC, the finished works would not exist in their final form.

Silas Kreed LLC does not intentionally imitate, clone, replicate, impersonate, or misrepresent the voice, likeness, or identity of any artist, celebrity, musician, or public figure.

All released works are intended to reflect original creative direction, original lyrical concepts, and original artistic vision.

7. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All music, branding, artwork, graphics, arrangements, downloads, soundtrack packs, creator products, and associated materials remain the intellectual property of Silas Kreed LLC unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Purchasing a creator music product grants usage rights only and does not transfer copyright ownership.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of instantly delivered digital products, all creator music product sales are final.

No refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or returns are offered for downloadable digital products once access or delivery has occurred.

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchase.

Customers experiencing legitimate technical issues such as corrupted downloads or inaccessible files may qualify for reasonable support assistance where applicable through the storefront or fulfillment systems associated with the purchase.

9. License Termination

Silas Kreed LLC reserves the right to revoke or terminate licenses for violations of this agreement including, but not limited to:

Unauthorized redistribution
Fraudulent activity
Chargeback abuse
Copyright misrepresentation
Resale violations
Commercial misuse
Unauthorized derivative works
Unlawful use of products

Upon termination, the purchaser must cease all unauthorized use of affected products.

10. Limitation of Liability

Silas Kreed LLC shall not be liable for:

Third-party platform actions
Automated copyright claims
Monetization interruptions
Content removals
Distribution platform decisions
External disputes
Loss of revenue
Indirect damages
Platform moderation actions
Third-party policy changes

All products are provided “as is” without guarantees unless otherwise required by law.

11. Support & Platform Services

Storefront operations, digital delivery systems, ecommerce processing, and certain support-related services may be facilitated through third-party platforms including Fourthwall and associated providers.

Support availability and resolution processes may vary depending on the nature of the issue and the platform handling the transaction.

12. Policy Updates

Silas Kreed LLC reserves the right to update, modify, or revise this License Agreement at any time.

Updated versions become effective immediately upon posting.

Continued use of products after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
