Without the human creative direction, lyrical writing, emotional concepts, production oversight, final curation, and artistic decisions provided by Silas Kreed LLC, the finished products and musical works would not exist in their final released form.

Silas Kreed LLC does not intentionally imitate, clone, replicate, impersonate, or misrepresent the voice, likeness, or identity of any artist, celebrity, musician, or public figure.

All released works are intended to reflect original creative direction, original lyrical concepts, and original artistic vision.

4. Digital Product Terms

All digital products are licensed, not sold.

Creator music products are intended for creator-safe content usage. However, Silas Kreed LLC cannot guarantee that third-party automated systems, evolving platform policies, future copyright systems, distributors, streaming services, or external moderation tools will never issue automated claims or disputes.

6. Streaming & Distribution Disclaimer

Certain music releases distributed through streaming services may utilize third-party distribution systems, audio fingerprinting technologies, streaming platform detection systems, or automated moderation tools operated by distributors or external platforms.
